I waited patiently for the LORD to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along. He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. Homesteading Classes

 

 

Dairy Products/Cheese Making Classes

Throughout each week there are one (1) hour classes on how to make dairy products. Classes are $40, and run about one (1) hour (maybe a little more.) They are held in our farmhouse kitchen where there is limited seating for six (6). Call for dates and times. These can fluctuate weekly based on requested needs of individuals.

 

Monday:

Cottage and Cream Cheese

OR

Cheese Curds

 

Tuesday:

Quick Mozzarella & Provolone

 

Wednesday:

Overview of milk- processing tools, supplies, and methods

OR

Hard/Aged Cheeses (advanced class)

 

Thursday:

Butter, Sour Cream, & Yogurt or Kefir


Note:

If you cannot attend during weekdays, or if the particular day for the class you want does not fit your schedule … let me know. I’ll work out another time for you!
